TUTORING

ESL 강의를 한 지 2년이 되었어요. 대학생부터 성인 학생까지 다양한 연령대의 학생들을 가르쳤어요. 뿐만 아니라 어린이 학생도 가르친 경력이 있어요. 매일 다양한 학생들을 만나다보니 한 가지 수업 방식을 고수하는 게 아니라 다양한 수업 방식으로 학생들을 가르칠 수 있게 되었어요. 학생들을 매달 평가하면서 학생들이 성장할 수 있도록 도와주고 있습니다.

I have been in the ESL industry for 2 years. Most of the students I handle are university students to middle-aged professionals, but I also have experience teaching young learners. We don't have regular students, so this challenges me to gauge every student's level and preference and adjust accordingly. I continue to strive for quality performance in our monthly evaluation, and make sure that I provide quality experience in every class.
