저는 온라인으로 학생들에게 영어를 가르친 지 세 달이 되었어요. 학생들을 가르치면서 보람을 느끼고 있어요. 특히 소심했던 학생이 저와 수업을 하면서 점점 자신감을 가지는 모습을 볼 때 뿌듯해요. 온라인으로 강의를 시작하기 전에는 회사에서 에이전트가 고객과 영어로 커뮤니케이션을 잘할 수 있도록 도와주는 일을 했었어요.

I have been working from home and teaching English as a second language for three months now and I can say that this experience is rewarding. It is nice to see how a shy student can become confident in communicating after several classes. My previous job as a Coach required me to teach my agents on how to effectively communicate in English in order to gain the customer's agreement over the phone.

저는 2014년부터 회사에서 에이전트가 고객과 영어로 능숙하게 커뮤니케이션을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 코치 역할을 했어요. 에이전트들이 영어로 잘 대응을 하고 있는지 모니터링하는게 제 주된 업무였습니다. 저는 에이전트들이 영어를 잘 구사할 수 있도록 트레이닝을 실시하기도 했어요. 제 이런 경험을 바탕으로 여러분들이 영어로 잘 소통할 수 있도록 도와줄게요! 곧 수업에서 봐요~

I have been a Coach for 4 years since 2014. My task is to ensure that agents will be able to perform well to help the client's business. This includes monitoring the English proficiency of my agents and making sure that they respond appropriately. I also facilitate training modules for English as spoken language.
