저는 5년동안 고객과 에이전트를 관리하는 코치로 근무를 했습니다. 사람마다 성격도 다르고 학습 능력도 다르다는 걸 고려하여 코치하고는 했습니다.
또, 일본인 학생들을 대상으로 영어를 가르친 경험이 있습니다. 일본인 뿐만 아니라 중국, 한국인 학생들도 가르쳤고, 학생들이 문법, 발음, 그리고 유창성을 갖출 수 있도록 도와주었습니다.

In my previous job, I worked as a Coach/Team Lead for five years. It was my job to take care of my agents/customer representatives under my roster and help them out in basically everything that they need to make them successful frontliners. I coached individuals with different personalities and learning abilities.
As of the moment, I am working as an English tutor for Japanese kids and adults for more than a year now. Sometimes, I also have Korean and Chinese students. My strengths include grammar, pronunciation, and fluency.
