저는 2012년부터 이 분야에서 일해왔고 다양한 국가의 다양한 레벨의 학생들을 가르쳐왔어요. 이 경험으로 다른 교육 방식을 적용할 줄 알게 되었죠. 저는 각 학생들이 다른 접근방식과 능력들을 영어를 배울 때 가지고 있다고 생각해요. 이러한 스타일들을 효과적인 수업을 위해 학생들의 특징에 따라 적절히 분배하는 것이 중요하죠. 선생들이 인내심을 가져야하고 학생들의 니즈에 맞춰 공감을 가져야 된다는 것을 잘 알고 있어요.
초급자들을 위한 발음교육 부터 해외에서 일하고 싶은 대학생들을 위한 IELTS와 토익스피킹 준비까지 모두 가르쳐왔어요.
