TUTORING

I am currently working as a complaints analyst for the biggest Australian Telecommunications company. Even though my teaching experience is only limited to a period of 1 year, this was when I taught man to man English for Korean students way back 2009, I ultimately honed my communication skills as a consultant in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for the past 6 years before shifting over to the Back office field. Now working for these companies enabled me to converse with different people, with different backgrounds and different nationalities. Not only did I help them with their needs but I also had to guide and teach them understanding the process of how the resolution will be given and make sure that they not only understood what transpired in our conversation, but that they have also learned something from it as well. So I am sure that with my experiences in the customer service field, this would allow me to apply the skills that I've learned in overcoming obstacles that I may encounter during a class.
