It doesn't really matter what you learned but talk about what made it an enjoyable experience for you. Whether it was attaining a sense of accomplishment from working together with others or getting enjoyment from learning something new and growing from it, it is best if you can explain it in detail. Later when you are working, you will be able to better think about your working environment.

My most enjoyable learning experience goes back to a few months ago when I was working as an intern in a local company. Thanks to the support of my supervisor, I learned much about the marketing field, and I was given the opportunity to design an advert myself. This latter made much success in the community and attracted more than 20 people to come to our firm.
