TUTORING

I have 4 years of teaching English as a Second Language Experience.

During this time, I have worked for many online providers speaking to thousands of students. I have taught students from South America, Europe, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and China.

I have taught students at all different stages of their learning journey from entry level to advanced. Also, I have taught young and old alike and have never struggled to find common ground.

I can help with Business English as that is where my background lies and also with exam preparation. I have helped students prepare for IELTS, TOEIC and TOEFL in the past.

My background lies in the cooperate sphere, I previously worked for Alphabet (Parent company of Google) before moving into the insurance industry. The bulk of my career was spent in IT sales where I worked as a senior account manager.

As a project manager in the UK, I worked in the IT consultancy field. I managed people and was responsible for the delivery of high value projects.

All of the above helps me in being able to relate to so many different people.

Hi Guys ,

My name is Eli and I am from the United Kingdom. I have been teaching for several years now and have a very unique approach. I like to firstly build a bond with my students so that they are comfortable and trust me. I have taught students both young and old so we will always find common ground when speaking.

I am currently living in Asia and have travelled to over 20 different countries. I love history, art, culture , reading , astronomy and archaeology.

Fun Fact: I have spent time with lions & cheetahs in Africa, I have swum with whale sharks in the Philippines and I have played in the mud with elephants in Thailand.

Some more hobbies include keeping fit at the gym and photography.
