51Talk에서 ESL 선생님으로 3년동안 근무했어요. 학생들을 효과적으로 지도하기 위해서 TESOL 트레이닝 프로그램을 수료했어요. 프로그램을 수료하고 저는 더 자신있고 효과적으로 학생들을 가르칠 수 있게 되었어요.

I have been working as a home-based ESL teacher with 51talk for 3 and a half years now. And after a year of teaching, I was offered to be part of a TESOL training program because of my exemplary performance as a teacher. After the training, I've become more confident than ever in my teaching competency.
