ESL 선생님으로 10년동안 학생들을 가르쳤어요. 수백명의 한국, 중국, 그리고 일본 학생들을 가르쳤어요. 효율적으로 학생들을 가르치기 위해서 코칭을 받기도 했습니다. 이전에는 선생님들을 코칭하는 헤드티쳐로 근무하기도 했어요. 헤드티쳐로 근무하면서 리더십도 키울 수 있었어요.

I have been an ESL teacher for almost 10 years. I have taught hundrends of Korean and Japanese and a few Chinese students. I I also have an experience in quality assurance and coaching. I was a team leader of the Headteachers Department in my previous job. There, I was able to practice my leadership and my teaching ability by handling demo classes , VIP classes and emergency sub classes. I was trained to teach in almost all the accounts .

안녕하세요~ 저는 튜터 Rush예요. 다시 한국 학생들과 수업을 하게 되어서 정말 기뻐요. 사실 저는 한국 음식, 케이팝, 한국 드라마, 또 한국 화장품까지 한국 문화에 관심이 정말 많아요. 여러분과 함께 문화에 대해서도 많이 이야기를 나눠보고 싶어요. 우리 같이 친구처럼 친해져봐요~ 재미있고 유익한 수업 해봐요!

Hello! My name Rush. I am so excited to teach Korean students, again. I can relate more to the culture since I love K-food, K-music, K-drama and of course K-beauty! I can say that I can relate to the students if I have more knowledge about their traditions and lifestyle. I believe that creating and developing a good relationship with my students is very important in learning. It won't only make the process easier but also fun and memorable.
